This was honestly the best optical store I’ve ever been to. They had a great selection of glasses, prescription lenses, and colored contact lenses. They were even the only store where I could find contact lenses with my prescription. The whole experience was excellent. The service was outstanding. They really took the time to help me, answer all my questions clearly, and give me honest advice about what worked best for my prescription and needs. I could tell they genuinely cared about their customers and the quality of the products they offered. I never felt rushed, even though I asked a lot of questions. They were always patient, respectful, and professional. I’ll definitely be coming back, and this will be my go-to optical store from now on. ~ ahlam 1

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Genuinely the best in Dubai I can't recommend Lens Experts Optics highly enough. They went completely out of their way for me — sending my lens on a Sunday when they weren't even working, and delivering it by Porter exactly as promised. That kind of follow-through is rare anywhere, let alone in Dubai. Their customer service is above and beyond anything I've experienced here, and on top of that their pricing is the best in the city. They're a new business and you can feel how hungry they are to do things right — no shortcuts, no excuses, just genuine care for the customer. One of the best people I've dealt with, full stop. If you need lenses, look no further. ~ Bharath B

I had a great experience with Lens Experts Optics LLC. The shop is clean, well-organized, and very welcoming. Their communication is excellent. In my case, I contacted them via WhatsApp and they were very responsive and helpful. Even though I had already done my eye test at a hospital, they repeated it, and their results were actually more accurate and better suited for me. Mr. Rahul was extremely professional, patient, and informative. He took the time to explain everything clearly, especially for someone like me who isn’t familiar with the technical details. He truly has the customer’s best interest in mind. I also changed my mind about one of the glasses (from reading to distance), and he handled it with great kindness and even offered me a free frame, which I really appreciated. Highly recommended for their professionalism and excellent customer service. ~ Ahmed S

An excellent experience here at Lens Experts with Rahul! I was originally shopping for something else in Sharjah when I arrived. Rahul was kind enough to check two pairs of glasses and their prescriptions, and diligently checked my prescription free of charge, replaced the lenses of my current frames, gave me a prescription card so I wouldn't forget and a new case too! It was also delivered really quickly to me as I do not live in Sharjah. I will definitely be heading back again for my next eye test! ~ Tasnim A

I would especially like to thank Kavita for the exceptional care and professionalism she showed while helping my father. My father needed an eye test for his driving licence renewal, but his prescription had changed significantly. After trying a few other places, we still couldn't get a clear and accurate prescription and weren't sure how to proceed. When we came to Lens Experts, Kavita took the matter very seriously from the beginning. She spent around 30–45 minutes carefully testing my father's vision, repeatedly changing the lenses, comparing different powers, asking him what he could see more clearly, and double-checking everything until she was satisfied that the prescription was accurate. At no point did she rush the process. We brought our own frame, and they prepared the new lenses accordingly. Most importantly, with the new glasses, my father was able to pass his driving licence eye test successfully. A huge thank you to Kavita for her patience, diligence, professionalism, and genuine effort. She really went the extra mile to make sure my father received the correct prescription. Highly recommended. ~ Khalid K
